Tpe is also called thermoplastic elastomers. Simply speaking, it is a kind of soft rubber plastic similar to rubber, which can be injected, extruded, blown molding, and can be completely bonded together with PP,ABS, PS, PC, PA and other hard adhesives! Including TPO,TPU,TPV,TPEE,TPS and so on. TPS is a thermoplastic elastomer of polystyrene, which is a modified material based on SEBS and SBS. Usually when we say TPE, we mean TPS type elastomer. An unwritten resonance in the elastomer industry is that the elastomer modified by SEBS is called TPE, and the elastomer modified by SBS is called TPR.

Because TPE material is characterized by soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, superior processing performance, no vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, can be two injection molding, can also be molded separately. It has good elasticity, good feel, good anti-slip function, and it can be combined with hard adhesive ABS,PP,PC,PA,AS,PE and other hard materials.
