The differences between TPE raw materials and TPE recycled materials are as follows:

TPE raw materials are customized and produced based on the specified requirements of customers. A few TPE raw materials can be used for general purpose, but most TPE raw materials are customized for special requirements. The cost of TPE raw materials with different performance is also different. TPE materials are suitable for specific uses and generally perform better. Due to the customized production, the cost difference will be large, generally more expensive than TPE recycled materials. Therefore, the comparison of TPE raw materials and recycled materials should not only compare the price, but also depend on their own requirements for material use and performance. It is best to choose more cost-effective and more suitable materials according to your actual needs.

Recycled TPE materials generally refer to TPE granular materials, some residual testing machine materials, nonconforming products, wastes, scraps, nozzle materials and other materials that have been molded and processed once or more, mixed in some parts after certain screening procedures, and then crushed and granulated again. Although TPE is thermoplastic elastomer with good reusability, a variety of miscellaneous materials with different hardness and physical properties may be mixed together during the regeneration process, and even some other types of plastics. In this case, the physical properties of the recycled TPE material will be relatively poor. Usually used for some performance requirements of low anti-slip shock products or direct injection molding, the price of course relatively cheap.
