The iPadOS desktop scheduling Bug is still being fixed. iPadOS 16.1 is nearing release
Oct 08, 2022| The iPadOS desktop scheduling Bug is still being fixed. iPadOS 16.1 is nearing release
According to Macrumors, Apple will release an official version of iPadOS 16 to all users in October, but until now, the Beta version of iPadOS 16.1 has been plagued by several bugs related to on-board scheduling.

In Apple's recent developer preview/Public Beta 5 release of iPadOS 16.1, Developer Steve Troughton-Smith and MacStories Editor-in-Chief Federico Viticci highlighted the various UI issues they still face from time to time when using desktop scheduling, including the Dock bar disappearing when rotating the iPad, Content doesn't scale properly when you're resizing the window, keyboard input doesn't work in some apps, black borders appear around Windows, and more. Also, dragging the title bar to move the window will still send that drag event to the app itself, colliding with swiping back.
