According to developer Steve Troughton-Smith, at the rate Apple is fixing these bugs, it's going to be difficult to fix the existing ones even now that the official iPadOS 16 is due for release.

Notably, in Beta 4, the developer preview of iPadOS 16.1 released in late September, Apple extended the desktop scheduling feature to the A12-powered iPad Pro. Extending the feature to existing bugs that haven't been fully fixed is likely to lead to more uncertainty and further slow the fix.
