The chip control engine also has the power factor enhancement function (PFE), that is, in the case of high voltage input light load, the control engine will fine-tune the input current waveform to compensate the influence of the input EMI filtering capacitor and the decoupling capacitor at both ends of the circuit bus on the power factor and harmonic current. This ensures that the power factor will be higher than 0.96 even under light load.
