The HiperLCS-2 chipset consists of a chip that integrates a high-bandwidth LLC controller, synchronous rectifier driver, FluxLink isolation control circuit, and a separate half-bridge power chip that integrates 600V FREDFET, up-tube and down-tube drivers, lossless current detection.




Both chips use PI's classic InSOP-24 ultra-thin package. Compared with the traditional discrete solution, the HiperLCS-2 chipset simplifies the LLC circuit design and reduces the number of peripheral components by 40%. It also achieves up to 98.1% full load efficiency, with less than 50mW no-load power consumption and full protection.
