The role of the display is to ultimately convey the information processed by the graphics card, and the link between them requires a bridge. The output interface of the graphics card plays this role and outputs the corresponding signal. For design and manufacturing reasons, the CRT display accepts only analog signal input, and the VGA interface is an interface for outputting analog signals to the graphics card.
Currently, most computers and external display devices are connected via an analog VGA interface, and the digitally generated display image information is lined with three primary color signals and lines by digital / analog converters R, G, and B.
