Today, charging cables have become an essential part for our daily use , as a 10+ years experience manufacturer ,we mostly do OEM serice for customers,and we can produce a variety of cables,like best type c charger、type c to type c fast charging cable, and Today SChitec will share some knowledge about charging cables with you.

Newer molding equipment provides additional options for the transition from injection pressurization (the first stage of injection) to the filling and pressure retention stages. The most accurate way to make the transition from pressurization to filling stage is to control the screw position. According to the position of the screw, the processor can consistently inject a certain volume of material into the mold cavity. It also provides precise control over the filling and densification of the workpiece, helping to prevent collapse and cavitation of the workpiece.

Time is another way to control transitions but is not recommended. Using cavity pressure to control the transition is a costly option because it involves installing pressure sensors in the workpiece cavity. This process is used when high precision molding tolerances are required.

Reducing the transition pressure from the booster to the filling and pressure holding stages will help control drip at the top of the bushing. If the injection equipment has pressure control procedures for the filling and pressure holding stages, the speed and pressure to the flow passage can be reduced.

The optimum time for a full flow channel system is about 0.5-1.5 seconds. It should take another 1-5 seconds to fill the cavity. If possible, it is best to control the filling time by controlling the injection rate

The holding time before the gate solidifies should be set. In general, the size of the gate is a decisive factor in the holding time. The larger the gate, the longer the pressure holding time before solidification.

Compared with the very soft varieties (Shogh hardness & LT; 20A), the harder varieties (Shaw hardness & GT; 50A) will solidify faster in the mold.

For a typical work piece of a medium hardness SEBS composite, cooling from both sides would require about 15 to 20 seconds per 0.100" wall thickness.

Overlapping molded parts will require longer cooling times because they can be cooled efficiently through a smaller surface area. The cooling time required per 0.100" wall thickness will be approximately 35 to 40 seconds.
