The biggest deal in NVIDIA's history: $7 billion acquisition of Israel's AI core company

On March 10, local time, according to Reuters, Nvidia is close to a deal to acquire Israeli artificial intelligence chip maker Mellanox Technologies for more than $7 billion in cash.

The $7 billion has also become the largest M&A transaction amount in the history of NVIDIA. Once the transaction is completed, it will help NVIDIA's data center chip manufacturing business, reducing its reliance on the video game industry.
