Selection of rectifying diode
The rectifier diode is generally planar silicon diode, which is used in various power supply rectifier circuits.
When choosing rectifying diode, we should mainly consider its maximum rectifying current, maximum reverse working current, cut-off frequency, reverse recovery time and other parameters.
The rectifier diode used in the general series stabilized voltage power supply circuit does not have high requirements for the reverse recovery time of the cut-off frequency, so long as the rectifier diode with the maximum rectifier current and the maximum reverse working current meeting the requirements is selected according to the requirements of the circuit. For example, 1n series, 2CZ series, RLR series, etc.
The rectifier diodes used in the rectifier circuit and pulse rectifier circuit of the switching voltage stabilizing power supply shall be the ones with high working frequency and short reverse recovery time (such as Ru series, EU series, V series, 1sr series, etc.) or the ones with fast recovery.
