IP2738 is a dual-channel protocol chip, using QFN32 package, compact size, compact periphery, can simplify the charger protocol circuit design, small size package to meet a variety of design applications. Chip IO pin support PFC control to achieve lower standby power consumption, chip support dual port 18-140W fast charge application, with independent feedback control, with independent USB PD control.

The IP2738 supports dual-port USB PD3.1 28V EPR gear and rich and comprehensive fast charge protocols such as PD3.0/PPS/QC/PE+/FCP/SCP/AFC/UFCS, with good compatibility. Thanks to the support of multiple feedback forms, IP2738 can be used with switching power supplies of circuit architectures such as QR, ACF and LLC for fast charge protocols such as USB PD, and can also be used with voltage lifting circuit for high-power output scenarios.

IP2738 protocol chip internal integrated voltage reference, integrated programmable voltage/current loop control, integrated chip low-end current detection, output support line loss compensation. It supports optocoupler feedback for power adapter applications, changes output voltage through DC-DC controlled by I2C and FB, and supports vehicle charging, energy storage power supply, charger, mobile power supply and other applications.
