PD charging protocol It requires CC pin to communicate, the communication channel between PD chip and mobile phone is CC pin. There is also a PD charger, car charger, mobile power supply, etc. The PD charging protocol requires that the output has a MOS. After CC communication, the MOS is turned on and the output is turned on. This is the voltage and current. So when nothing is connected, there is no voltage condition on the USB TYPE C interface, because MOS is not yet turned on. The PD chip needs to communicate with the mobile phone/device. After the handshake is successful, the conduction output is turned on.
