Finland is the happiest country in the world. American happiness continues to decline.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network released the 2019 World Happiness Report on Wednesday, and Finland has been the happiest country in the world for the second consecutive year. The US ranking continued to decline, dropping from the 18th of last year to the 19th.


Finland has one of the best education systems in the world, providing quality living and being one of the safest countries in the world.


The Nordic countries are among the best in the list, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Finland 2nd, 3rd, 4th.


The 5th to 10th places are: Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, New Zealand, Canada and Austria.
