Charger test standard

AC input voltage: charger power input 100VAC/240VAC (domestic standard), test DC terminal voltage, voltage should be 5V ± 0.25V

Voltage / frequency: rated input voltage is AC220V, the allowable input voltage range is 100VAC/240VAC (domestic standard). The frequency is 47HZ-63HZ

Input current (at full load): When input AC voltage AC220V/50HZ, the maximum input current should be less than 0.15A

Working efficiency: working efficiency (output power / input power) ≥ 60% when inputting 100VAC/240VAC (domestic standard) and output 500mA

Surge current: In the case of cold boot, the maximum inrush current is less than 25A within 10mS after inputting 220V voltage

Input no load energy consumption: no load energy consumption less than 300mW

 Rated output voltage: DC5.0V

Output voltage / current range: voltage DC5.0V ± 0.25V current: ≥ 450mA

Output ripple: ≤200mV; Test method: Connect any oscilloscope bandwidth to 20MHz to the output of the charger under normal load operation, and connect a 104pF ceramic capacitor and a 10Uf electrolytic capacitor to the output.

Short-circuit protection: It can ensure that the product will not cause fire or any damage when the output is short-circuited. The short-circuit current should be no more than 950mA.

Overvoltage protection: The overvoltage protection value should not exceed 8V at the maximum. When the circuit malfunctions and the output voltage rises abnormally, the protection circuit will automatically start to lower the output voltage.

Overcurrent protection: charger power input 100VAC/240VAC (domestic standard) with rated load, the load of the charger appears to be overloaded, the charger should not be damaged, the overload protection current of the charger is ≤700mA. When the overload is removed, the charger should resume normal output.

Reverse current: no more than 5mA current from the side of the phone to the charger

Instantaneous impulse voltage: When power is applied, the charger transient surge voltage is required to be controlled below 5.5V.

Leakage current: no Y capacitor, less than 0.05mA

Appearance/actual assembly: The visual dimensions are in accordance with the inspection specifications and specifications, and the maximum gap and gap are not more than 0.25mm. When the phone is actually used, it does not appear loose and cannot be fully inserted, and the function is normal.
