Silk screen test standard

Solution 1: Wipe the silk screen 15 times (1sec / time) with 700 alcohol on the white cloth strip. The silk screen is not blurred.

Option 2: Use 3M #600 adhesive tape to adhere to no gaps, bubbles, and quickly tear open at 900 degrees, a total of 3 times, silk screen without blur.

Fuel injection test standard

Option 1: Take a small plane, divide 100 small cells with a hundred gage, and then use 3M #600 adhesive tape to close the gap without bubbles, and quickly tear at 900 degrees for 5 times, the oil layer can not fall off;

Option 2: After scribing with a 2H pencil at a 450-angle 1.5Kgs force, wipe it with a pencil with a rubber eraser and the paint layer should not fall off.

Testing experiment:

1: Use a cloth soaked in alcohol to wipe the silkscreen symbols and icons on the machine for 15 seconds. After wiping, mark the content clearly, and do not have the easy to wipe off symbols and icons, etc., otherwise TEST NG.

2: Apply a 3M #600 adhesive tape to the printed content, wipe it with your hand, and then quickly pull the tape at a 90° angle to the printing surface, repeating it 3 times, each time replacing the new tape. There should be no obvious printed graphics on the tape after the test. There should be no obvious missing or blurred printing content and labeling.
