Q: What kind of certificates have you passed？
A: Actually we have done many different certificates for different markets, for US and Canada, we have UL, ETL, FCC, for Europe, we have CE, ROHS and we have UKCA for UK market. For Australia and New Zealand, we have SAA, C-TICK, for Japan, we have PSE. We also have CB certificates which are universal for many countries.
Q: Is it free for the sample?
A: Sure, the cost will be charged at EXW price, but we will refund you if you confirmed a bulk order.
Q: What’s the strength of your company?
A: We have our own factory, SMT Room and machines. We are able to do OEM and ODM for our customers. More importantly, our quality is prior to our competitors.
Q: What kind of packaging do you offer?
A: We offer PE bag, crystal box, window boxes, color box, DIY box, etc. If you don't like our packages, we also accept customization.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: It takes 3-7 days for samples. For bulk orders, we need 15-30 days because we need some time to double-check the quality.
