For Australia and New Zealand, we have SAA, and C-TICK, for Japan, we have PSE. We also have CB certificates which are universal for many countries.

Q: What kind of packaging do you offer?

A: We have elegant plastic bags and cartons. If you don't like the packaging, we also accept customization.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: It takes 3-7 days for samples. For bulk orders, we need 15-30 days because we need some time to double-check the quality.

Q: Is it free for the sample?

A: Sure, the cost will be charged at EXW price, but we will refund you if you confirmed a bulk order.
