Some IPhones Are Banned In China

On December 10, 2018, Qualcomm announced today that the Fuzhou Intermediate People's Court granted Qualcomm two interlocutory bans against Apple's four Chinese subsidiaries, requiring them to immediately stop two patents against Qualcomm, including in China. Import, sale and promise to sell unauthorised products for infringement.

Qualcomm said in a statement to reporters that related products include iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. The two patents involved were previously recognized as valid by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China in the patent invalidation procedure.
