How To Use Power Adapter

Oct 08, 2018|

The power adapter is essentially a power conversion device, which is generally converted from an input AC to a DC output. When there is current, a voltage drop occurs because the current go through the power supply with a resistance. When the power adapter is operating, the voltage drop will make the temperature rise and the output voltage internally consumed. Therefore, in normal use, you should take good care of the power adapter and do a good job of cooling. Do not place the power adapter in a place exposed directly to sunlight; do not allow the power adapter to be close to the heat exhaust vents, such as air conditioning vents, computer vents, rice cooker vents, etc.

Also, when the equipment is running at high load, the current will be relatively large, and the standby or sleep current will be relatively small. The power supply with large nominal current has sufficient current margin; the power supply with small nominal current is theoretically used. It's okay, but it's a bit dangerous when your device picks up the peripherals. The CPU tells you that it is running fast. Therefore, generally do not use a small nominal power supply to place with a large nominal power supply.
