Nov 14, 2018| A CNN spokesperson confirmed that the media has filed a lawsuit against US President Trump and several of his assistants in a local court in Washington, DC, accusing them of prohibiting CNN journalist Acosta from attending a White House press conference violation of the First and Fifth Amendments to the US Constitution.
