Worst selling iPhone: canceled this year
Oct 05, 2022| Worst selling iPhone: canceled this year
From what we've heard so far, the iPhone13 mini is likely to be apple's last small screen flagship, and for small screen lovers, cherish it. CIRP, a consumer data research firm, recently released a breakdown of the sales of each of the iPhone models:

The four iPhone13 models accounted for about 75% of all iPhone sales. That's significantly better than its predecessor, the iPhone 12, which accounted for just 61% of sales in the same period last year.

The iPhone 13 was the best seller, accounting for 38% of all iPhone sales. Sales of the 13Mini were dismal, at just 3%, a fraction of the iPhone 13.
Of course, it's not just the 13mini that's suffering, but its big brother, the 12Mini, is also suffering. Both account for only 3% of sales, which is the biggest reason why Apple decided to kill the Mini model.

While the iPhone 13mini is the worst selling iPhone, that's in comparison to other iphones, and in comparison to most Android models
Older models, like the iPhone 11, SE2 and XR, which are more than two years old, are also attracting a certain audience, accounting for 15% of sales, mainly because they are cheap.
