Second, LTPO display capacity is limited. Supply chain information shows that there are three iPhone display suppliers this year, which are Samsung, LG and BOE. Of these, only Samsung has ever released LTPO displays for smartphones with guaranteed production capacity and yield.
LG has made LTPO panels for the Apple Watch, but the panels for mobile phones have yet to be shipped in mass production.
