USB interface USB 1.0
USB 1.0 appeared in 1996 at a speed of only 1.5Mb/s (bits per second); in 1998 it was upgraded to USB 1.1, and the speed was greatly increased to 12Mb/s.
USB1.1 is a relatively common USB specification. Its high-speed mode has a transmission rate of 12 Mbps, and the low-speed mode has a transmission rate of 1.5 Mbps (b is the meaning of Bit). b/s generally indicates the bit transmission speed, and bps indicates the bit transmission rate. Numerically equal. B/s and b/s, BPS (bytes per second) and bps (bits per second) cannot be confused. 1MB/s (megabytes/second) = 8Mbps (megabits per second), 12Mbps = 1.5MB/s, and most MP3s are of this type. [3]
USB interface USB 2.0
The USB 2.0 specification evolved from the USB 1.1 specification. Its transmission rate reaches 480Mbps, which translates to 60MB/s MB, which is enough to meet the speed requirements of most peripherals. The Enhanced Host Controller Interface (EHCI) in USB 2.0 defines an architecture that is compatible with USB 1.1. It can drive USB 1.1 devices with a USB 2.0 driver. USB 3.0 will be referred to as "USB SuperSpeed" in real-world device applications, compliant with previous USB 1.1 FullSpeed and USB 2.0 HighSpeed.
