PI adopts non-complementary active clamp working mode to effectively utilize clamp energy and realize zero-voltage switching of the main switch tube. The non-complementary working mode can be used to switch the main switch tube in a short period of time before opening. When the upper tube is switched on, the leakage inductance energy stored in the capacitor is released to the secondary through the transformer, and the VDS voltage of the main switch tube is discharged to 0V by using the dead time after switching off, and then the zero-voltage switching of the main switch tube is realized.
The non-complementary active clamp mode can reduce the switching frequency variation range of the active clamp mode under different working conditions, realize the smooth switch between DCM and CCM, support a wider range of output voltage and current variation, and avoid working in burp mode under light load, which can obtain lower output ripple property.
