It is understood that Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 adopts TSMC 4nm process technology, product code SM8550, CPU architecture by 1 Cortex-X3 super large core, 2 Cortex-715 large core, 2 Cortex-710 middle cores and 3 Cortex-A510 small cores are combined. The super-large Cortex-X3 has a frequency of 3.2GHz, the large Cortex-A715 and mid-core Cortex-A710 both have a frequency of 2.8GHz, and the Cortex-A510 has a frequency of 2.0GHz. @iIceUniverse also revealed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 has an overall performance improvement of 10%, with good energy efficiency ratio.
