IP6538 is a step-down converter integrated with synchronous switch, supporting 14 kinds of output fast charge protocol, Type-C output and USB PD2.0/PD3.0(PPS) protocol dual-port output SOC IC, providing a complete solution for car charger, fast charge adapter and intelligent plug-and-plug.




Engic IP6538 supports dual USB Type-C, USB Type-C and USB A, or dual USB A output. The integrated dual-port automatic insertion and removal detection function enables any single port to support fast charging output. When both ports are used at the same time, both ports output 5V, and the total power is 5V/4.8A.


The IP6538 has built-in power MOS, the input voltage range is 8.2V to 32V, and the output voltage range is 3V to 20V. The maximum output power can be 45W, and the output voltage and current can be automatically adjusted according to the identified fast charge protocol. IP6538 output 5V/3A, board end conversion efficiency up to 96.5%.
