Test data processing and analysis
A large number of original data obtained from the test must be processed before it can be used as the basis data for engineering design and calculation. The original recorded data of the test is the time history of parameters (the relationship between displacement, velocity or acceleration and time). Through visual analysis, the data can be divided into three types: transient, periodic, random or non random continuous non periodic, and then in the time domain (package Statistical analysis, correlation analysis and spectral analysis are carried out in three domains, including time difference domain, i.e. the independent variable is the time difference of two signals), frequency domain and amplitude domain, so as to obtain various functions representing the characteristics of time history (Fig. 1). The processing methods can be divided into analog processing and digital processing. The former is simple in equipment, but poor in accuracy and long in processing time; the latter needs to transform the analog quantity of the original record into digital quantity and then use digital computer for processing. Because of its high accuracy and high speed, the digital quantity processing method has gradually replaced the analog quantity processing method with the emergence of various special data processors with complete functions (such as fast Fourier dialyzer).
