Last week, Apple announced that it would hold a special "look ahead" event at 1am Beijing time on September 8, where four new models of the iPhone 14 series are expected to be officially unveiled. Recently, well-known display analysis institute DSCC revealed that Samsung Display in the past three months, a total of more than 80 percent of Apple's panel shipments, the rest of the panel supplied by LG and BOE.


Apple plans to get a total of 34 million iPhone 14 series panels from Samsung, LG and BOE, the DSCC said, adding that it has ordered more than 15 million panels in the past three months. Of these, Samsung showed that 82 percent of the orders for iPhone 14 series panels were fulfilled. LG Display came in second with 12 per cent of orders, while BOE accounted for the remaining 6 per cent. In addition, the iPhone14 Pro Max is fully supplied by Samsung Display, and LG is expected to join the supply later.
