Samsung recently posted an image on its website showing off the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Maison Margiela Edition brand. The device is likely to feature a white theme color and the Maison Margiela Logo on the back. The device is expected to feature a special back cover material and be identified as Margiela's Category 11, or Accessories. Related phone cases, Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Galaxy Watch 5 versions with similar themes will be launched this time.
Samsung's instagram account has previously mentioned Maison Margiela's signature "four-pin" and "digitally coded ring," which we can see in the design and packaging of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 Maison Margiela Edition. While Samsung has yet to announce an official launch date for the "luxury" version of the phone, based on the information available so far, it is likely to be released in November 2022.
Samsung also revealed a partnership with luxury fashion brand Masion Margiela two weeks ago, but at the time did not disclose the exact product or launch date. Samsung has been releasing Thom Browne versions of foldable phones for the past two years, but has yet to release limited edition versions like the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 this year.
