Precautions for triode
1. Select "switch triode" to improve switch conversion speed;
2. The circuit design shall ensure that the triode works in the "saturated / cut-off" state and shall not work in the amplification area;
3. Do not make the triode in deep oversaturation, otherwise it will also affect the cut-off conversion speed; as for cut-off, it does not need "negative voltage" bias, when the input is zero, it will cut-off, otherwise it will also affect the conduction conversion speed.
4. Pay attention to the reliability of triode when it is used as a switch; if a negative power Vee is artificially connected to the base, its reliability can be solved.
5. The switching speed of triode is generally unsatisfactory; the input frequency of signal needs to be adjusted.
