LLC half-bridge two gallium nitride switches were made from an Innosecco INN650DA260A

LLC half-bridge's two gallium nitride switch tubes are made of Innoxaico INN650DA260A, which is a cost-effective gallium nitride high-pressure single tube with voltage resistance of 650V, transient voltage resistance of 800V, maximum conductance and resistance of 260mΩ, DFN5×6 package. Thanks to the process improvement, compared with the first generation of Innoseco gallium nitride devices, the performance has been significantly improved, suitable for 65-120W flyback architecture, 120-300W LLC architecture.

INN650DA260A supports ultra-high switching frequency, no reverse recovery charge, with very low gate charge and output charge, in line with the industrial application requirements of JEDEC standard, built-in ESD protection, in line with RoHS, leadfree, European Union REACH regulations.
