Is it really possible for iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max to swipe at 90Hz?

From the ProMotion policy of iOS, an application can seamlessly adapt to the high and low refresh rates of ProMotion, including UIKit, SwiftUI, SpriteKit, and CAAnimation, as long as it invokes the specified framework when it is written. Otherwise, the developer needs to set this in Plist or specify a desired frame value to Core Animation, otherwise iOS will render with the system's default policy. This is why when the iPhone 13 was first released, some apps weren't able to fully utilize the high-frame animation that comes with high screen speed.

For the iPhone 13 Pro series, the refresh rate stalls given by Apple are 120Hz, 80Hz, 60Hz, 48Hz, 40Hz, 30Hz, 24Hz, 20Hz, 16Hz, 15Hz, 12Hz and 10Hz. There is no 90Hz, which means that apps already adapted to the iPhone 13 Pro series will probably not be able to invoke the 90Hz refresh rate of the iPhone 14 Max and will need to be adapted again. If Apple were considering a 90Hz iPhone, it would have included this gear in the developer's guide, rather than making developers work for it.
