According to a recent report by foreign media EE Times, Apple has ordered 90% of TSMC's 3nm process wafers for the manufacture of A17 chips.

 

 

At this stage, the yield of TSMC's 3nm process can only reach 55% temporarily, and when the yield is increased to 70%, this batch of chips will be used in the iPhone 15 Pro series models.
