Huatai Semiconductor introduced the model HTL6037 battery protection chip, supporting up to 7 string of lithium battery or polymer battery protection, integrated NMOS driver circuit, can use NMOS battery protection tube. HTL6037 consumes less than 35uA in normal state and less than 2uA in power off state.
In addition, the chip also built-in high-precision voltage detection and current detection, support battery overvoltage (OV) protection, undervoltage (UV) protection, discharge overcurrent (DOC) protection, short circuit (SC) protection, charge overcurrent (COC) protection, broken line detection and protection, battery high temperature (OT) and low temperature (UT) protection, can be used in a variety of products.
