High frequency switching power supply

High frequency switch communication power supply system is an intelligent unattended combined power supply system, which adopts the international advanced rectification and transformation technology, and can be widely used in various switching equipment, microwave communication, mobile base station, optical fiber transmission and other communication fields, as well as power communication and other fields.

(I) equipment composition and working principle

At present, the high-frequency switch rectifier for communication is generally made into modules, which consists of AC power distribution unit, rectifier unit, DC power distribution unit, monitoring unit and battery group unit.

The AC distribution unit is responsible for distributing the input three-phase alternating current to multiple rectifier modules (generally, single-phase alternating current is mostly used). A C input adopts three-phase five wire system, i.e. a, B and C three phase lines, one zero line N and one ground line E. First, three air switches are connected to control the input of three-phase alternating current, and then M () a arrester is connected to protect the electrical equipment behind from the impact of high voltage.

The rectifier module completes the conversion of AC to DC meeting the communication requirements. The contents meeting the communication requirements include: the output DC voltage should be stable, the output DC voltage contains little AC noise, and the output voltage should be adjustable within a certain range to meet the requirements of the battery charging voltage connected in parallel. At the same time, because a power adapter system has multiple rectifier modules, there is a mutual coordination problem when multiple rectifier modules work, including the reasonable distribution of load current (i.e. current sharing function) when multiple rectifier modules work. When one rectifier module has high output voltage, the module can exit normally without affecting the work of other modules (i.e. selective overvoltage shutdown Function).

A power adapter system is equipped with one or two sets of batteries according to the situation. After the rectifier module is output, it belongs to DC power distribution unit. In addition to the corresponding protection fuse, there are also contactors in series with the normally open contact K, which is called the low voltage disconnected (LVD) device of the battery pack. When the output voltage of the system is within the normal range, the normally open contact K is closed, that is to say, the battery is connected with the power adapter system.
