Gallium nitride (GaN)

Gallium nitride (GaN) is known as the third generation semiconductor material in the industry and is applied to products in different industries. Products that generally use GaN power devices are smaller, lighter and lighter in volume, which is especially noticeable on chargers.

Because of cost and technical reasons, there are still relatively few chargers for GaN power devices on the market, and there are only a few models in the world.
