Detection circuit
The diode detection circuit is shown in the figure. VD1 is the detector diode, C1 is the high frequency filter capacitor, R1 is the load resistance of the detector circuit, C2 is the coupling capacitor.
The detection circuit is mainly composed of detector diode VD1.
In the detection circuit, the amplitude modulation signal is added to the positive pole of the detector diode. At this time, the working principle of the detector diode is basically the same as that of the rectifier diode in the rectifier circuit. The detector diode is turned on by the amplitude of the signal.
The output signal of the detection circuit consists of audio signal, DC component and high frequency carrier signal. Detailed circuit analysis needs to be carried out according to the three signal conditions. Among these three kinds of signals, the most important is the analysis of the audio signal processing circuit and the understanding of its working principle.
