Chiheng Technology Launches 65W Gallium Nitride Fast Charging Solution

65W GaN fast charging is still the mainstream specification for shipments. Simplified design, cost advantages and stable supply have become the primary pursuit of fast charging solutions. The use of depletion-mode GaN power devices can simplify the design of fast charging, reduce the number of devices, and improve the cost-effectiveness of fast charging.

The 65W gallium nitride fast charging solution launched by Chiheng Technology uses a high-frequency controller with a gallium future depletion-mode gallium nitride power device. The circuit is simplified and the solution is mature. It can be used for single-port wide voltage output, or can be used for multi-port design with fixed voltage output and secondary step-down, which is flexible in use.
