Application of ultrasonic welding

I. fusion method:

Under the moderate pressure, the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration welding head can produce friction heat on the joint surface of two pieces of plastic and instantly melt the joint. The welding strength can be comparable to that of the main body. The proper workpiece and reasonable interface design can achieve watertight and airtight, and avoid the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary products, so as to achieve efficient and clean fusion.

II. Riveting method:

The welding head of ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration is pressed on the protruding pin of plastic products, so that the instantaneous heating melts into the rivet shape, and the materials of different materials are mechanically riveted together.

III. planting:

With the help of the channel of the welding head and the appropriate pressure, the metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are squeezed into the reserved plastic holes in a moment and fixed at a certain depth. IV. forming:

This method is mostly used in the fixing and forming of the electronics, horns, and the fixing of the lenses of cosmetics, etc.

A. It is not necessary to design welding wire in advance to achieve the purpose of welding.
