According to the current news, Apple is expected to bring five products in October: iPad 10, iPad Pro 2022, new MacBook Pro 14/16 and Mac Mini. Among them, the most changed one is iPad 10, which is expected to be upgraded in appearance design, hardware configuration and functions. Other products are mostly iterative upgrades to core configurations.
In addition, sources say Apple won't hold a separate event in October to introduce these new products, but instead will issue a press release and store them in stores, which would be easier, though that hasn't been confirmed yet.
