Apple official is very excited: India will start production of iPhone 14

Some analysts said that it is expected that by the end of 2022, 5% of iPhone 14 production will be transferred by Apple to India, by which time India will become the second largest smartphone market after China.
The relevant forecast also revealed that in 2025, more than 25% of iPhones will be manufactured in India, in addition to 20% of iPads and Apple Watches, 5% of MacBooks, and 65% of AirPods will be manufactured in Vietnam.
And this is not the first time India has produced iPhones. It is reported that India has already started production of models including iPhone SE, iPhone 12/13 and other models. An important reason for choosing to produce in India is that India levies huge taxes and fees on imported goods, forcing Apple to build a local factory in India. And now Apple also realizes the importance of supply chain diversification.
