Back in March, he revealed that Apple had started panel production for a new 27-inch monitor and planned to release the fabled "Studio Display Pro" in June. The upcoming opportunity is expected to be an upgrade over the Studio Display, based on Apple's already available 27-inch display. In addition to the mini LED backlight, Ross Young speculates that "Studio Display Pro" will introduce Apple's ProMotion variable refresh rate technology.
The Studio Display is currently on sale for a starting price of $1,599 (11,499 RMB at home). Built-in A13 processor, Center Stage and Spatial Audio support, complemented by 12MP ultra wide Angle camera + 3 microphone array.
