I'm sure you all remember the Big Bang Theory, the American TV series that played through adolescence and youth. In those years, "The Big Bang Theory" used its American humor and digital savvy to establish itself as a tech-geek and a consumer electronics craze.
All sorts of interesting features of the iPhone have been carried forward and become popular. Siri, the smart voice assistant that debuted with the iPhone 4S, is one of them, and fans of Raj's flirtation with Siri are likely to remember.
Over time, however, the novelty of being trendy wears off. With use, we found that Siri is far from our ideal intelligent assistant, and we always laugh at Siri as "artificial retarded".
You want Siri to run your life and work like an accompanying assistant, but Siri just gives you web searches. You want Siri to be your best friend, to ask you questions, and Siri's understanding is alarming.
Telling a bad joke is the only skill Siri is good at.
