Q: What kind of certificates have you passed？
A: Actually we have done many different certificates for different market, for US and Canada, we have UL, ETL, FCC, for Europe, we have CE, ROHS and we have UKCA for UK market. For Australia and New Zealand, we have SAA, C-TICK, for Japan, we have PSE. We also have CB certificates which is universal for many countries.
Q: What kind of packaging do you offer?
A: We have elegant plastic bags and cartons. If you don't like the packaging, we also accept customization.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: It takes 3-7 days for samples. For bulk orders, we need 15-30 days because we need some time to double check the quality.
Q: Can I just order 10 pieces?
A: If you order 10pcs as samples, we can offer you 10pcs.
Q: Can I order 20 pieces with different colors?
A: If there are ready to ship, we can support this order. But we suggest you place a larger order, like 100 pieces and above because the shipping cost is very high. If there is a large order, the profitable margin will be much larger.
