A2: We usually ship your goods by express(DHL/UPS/TNT/Aramex/EMS...ect). Normally, for small orders, we can send out goods within 4 days. Please be patient, we will inform you the tracking # and the updated tracking information; for big quantity/OEM orders, the production will takes longer time.
Q3. What need I do if I want to print my own logo?
A3: First, please send us your logo pattern file in high resolution. We will make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will produce 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal mass production will start after the sample confirmed.
Q4. What is the warranty of your products?
A4: All our products will enjoy 1 year warranty upon the date of the goods send out/received, for faulty items, you can collect them and send them back to us as our instructions, we will offer free repair/replacement and send them back with your new orders.
